Get Angry

It's common for people to feel a little bit angry or frustrated when they are trying to make positive changes in their lives, especially when it comes to their health. Whether you are trying to lose weight, eat healthier, or exercise more, it can be difficult to break old habits and adopt new ones.

It's important to remember that it's okay to feel angry or frustrated at times during this process. Change is hard and it's natural to feel some resistance as you try to adjust to a new way of living. It's important to acknowledge and accept these emotions rather than trying to suppress them.

One way to cope with these feelings is to find healthy outlets for your anger. This could include talking to a friend or family member, writing in a journal, or engaging in physical activity such as going for a run or hitting a punching bag. It's important to find a way to release these emotions in a healthy way rather than bottling them up or taking them out on others.

It's also important to be kind to yourself during this process. Change takes time and it's okay to make mistakes along the way. Instead of getting angry with yourself, try to focus on the progress you have made and the positive changes you are working towards.

I think anger can be a great tool as well.. especially when you get angry at the right things!  A Righteous Anger!  What are those things, chemicals, habits, thoughts, or even people who may be “pushing you around!?”  Get angry! :)

In conclusion, it's okay to feel a little bit angry or frustrated while trying to make positive changes to your health. It's important to acknowledge and accept these emotions, find healthy outlets for them, and be kind to yourself as you work towards your goals.
