Every month I try to read a new book. Sometimes its more than one but I’m not a fast reader. I do like Audible.com as well.
This month I’m reading a fascinating book about habits. It dives deep on the science both physically and psychologically and gives really good insights on how to change habits. Much of our habits are tied to our identity (how we view ourselves). This is not easy to understand, quote often, but it’s often good to take a look because you will often treat others the way you see yourself and if you are a leader, in any way, you may be hurting your team/family/friends without knowing it. I highly recommend this book
